WARRANTY

All goods supplied by Tool Junction Ltd are covered by manufacturer’s warranty. The goods are covered by warranty for any defective workmanship and material. Warranties will cover goods that have not been modified or used for purpose other than specified by the manufacturers.

All tools supplied by Tool Junction Ltd are sourced through the authorised distribution channels in New Zealand. Defective goods can be sent back with a proof of purchase to 4/163 Wordsworth St, Christchurch

Or to the nearest warranty repair agent for the brand. Call us in case of a fault and one of our team members will work with you to sort it out.

All power tools are covered by either a 12 month warrant. 3 year warranty applies to Festool, Dewalt, Fein, & Metabo tools subject to registration of purchase with the manufacturer. Please refer to the warranty papers enclosed with the tools.  This warranty states that all machines are free of material and manufacturing faults.

We will (as appropriate) repair or freely replace faulty parts (including battery packs) caused by material or manufacturing faults.

The periods within which a material or manufacturing fault defect must appear in order for you to be entitled to claim the warranty are one year from the date of purchase in the case of the one-year warranty, and three years from the date of purchase in the case of the extended warranty on presentation of the relevant registration certificate. Any repair or replacement under the warranty neither extends the warranty period nor renews the warranty period.
